1. Sponsor
The PizzaGoods “Win $500 Off an Elite Mixer” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by Pizza Goods, LLC, 1340 Stirling Rd, Dania Beach, FL 33004 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and contractors of Sponsor, as well as members of their immediate families and persons living in the same household, are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The advertising audience selected by Sponsor may be narrower than the eligibility requirements stated in these Official Rules.
3. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins on September 7, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) and ends on October 7, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. EDT (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s systems are the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, access the applicable PizzaGoods advertisement on Facebook or Instagram, open the Meta instant form, provide the requested information (email address, first name, and last name), agree to receive the PizzaGoods email newsletter and promotional offers, and submit the completed form. Submitting the form completes the free entry and newsletter subscription. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time without affecting the validity of an eligible entry already submitted.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Promotion Period. Automated, duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise noncompliant entries may be disqualified. No purchase or payment is required to enter.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a promotional credit valued at five hundred U.S. dollars (US $500) to be applied toward the purchase of one eligible Elite mixer sold by PizzaGoods (the “Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): US $500.
The Prize:
• is not cash and has no cash redemption value;
• may be applied only once toward the purchase of one eligible, in-stock Elite mixer from PizzaGoods;
• may not be combined with other discounts, coupons, promotional credits, or offers;
• may not be transferred, assigned, substituted, resold, or applied to a previous purchase;
• must be claimed and redeemed within thirty (30) calendar days after the winner is notified, unless Sponsor provides a different deadline in writing; and
• does not cover any remaining product price, taxes, shipping, delivery, installation, accessories, or other charges, all of which are the winner’s responsibility.
If the selected mixer costs less than US $500, any unused Prize value will be forfeited and will not be paid in cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
On or about October 8, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification and Verification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address supplied with the entry and must respond within five (5) calendar days of the first notification attempt. The potential winner may be required to confirm eligibility and sign and return an eligibility declaration, liability release, publicity release where lawful, and any other documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond on time, is found ineligible, declines the Prize, or fails to complete any required documentation, that potential winner will forfeit the Prize and Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with accepting or using the Prize that are not expressly included in these Official Rules.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, voice, and statements relating to the Sweepstakes for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional compensation or notice.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts fraudulently or disruptively, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.
If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or another cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if feasible, award the Prize by random drawing from eligible entries received before the affected time. Sponsor’s decisions concerning the administration and interpretation of the Sweepstakes are final and binding, subject to applicable law.
11. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from claims, injuries, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize, except where such release is prohibited by law.
12. Meta Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, each entrant provides their information to Sponsor and not to Facebook or Instagram, and releases Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Platforms, Inc. from responsibility relating to the Sweepstakes to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Privacy and Marketing Communications
Personal information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, select and contact the winner, deliver the Prize, maintain required records, and send the PizzaGoods email newsletter, product news, and promotional offers, as further described in the PizzaGoods Privacy Policy, available at:

Entry in the Sweepstakes includes subscription to the PizzaGoods email newsletter. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in each marketing email. Unsubscribing after a valid entry has been submitted will not invalidate that entry or reduce the entrant’s chance of winning. No purchase or payment is required to subscribe, enter, or win.
14. Disputes and Governing Law
Except where prohibited, the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Entrants agree that disputes arising from the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Broward County, Florida. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.
15. Winner Information
To request the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state after the Sweepstakes has concluded, email info@pizzagoods.com with the subject line “Elite Mixer Sweepstakes Winner Request” within sixty (60) days after October 8, 2026.
