I just received it 2 weeks ago and I had worries at first. I sent many emails to My Forno team & they answered me very quickly and kindly.
To my big surprise, it works great on my first try, no need to turn the breads half way & the breads don't get burned. Everything looks great! I do all kinds of breads, not just sourdough...
