All Sunmix mixers are warranted for 12 months from the date of delivery.
An extended warranty for this product is available at no extra charge. To extend the warranty to two (2) years, simply visit the following page to register your product: https://www.pizzagoods.com/product-registration.
Under this warranty, if a product is found to be defective, the company will repair or replace any and all parts necessary to restore the product to full functionality, provided that claims are filed within the 12-month warranty period.
The warranty does not cover improper use or normal wear and tear of parts.
Any damages to the product caused by misuse or improper maintenance are not covered by the warranty.
Any unauthorized modifications, repairs, or replacements of parts will void the warranty.
Dents, scratches, scuff marks, and paint damage under two (2) inches are considered normal wear and tear.
Any damages or defects caused by delivery or shipping must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
