    Great indoor oven

This is the best indoor pizza oven in the market as far as I’m concerned. The oven heats up quickly and the biscotto stone is one of the finest stones made. Very happy with my purchase. Ready to buy another one and get rid of the others I purchased in the past.

I can finally make Napoletana pizza

My home oven only goes to 480°F. I could make a decent NY pizza but always failed when I tried to make a Napoletana pizza, either using a Pizza stone or Pizza steel. I have no real experience making Napoletana pizza, but my first pizza out of this oven came out great. The bottom was not burnt, and the crust was nicely leoparded. The pictured pizza is my first try. It takes about 50 minutes to get to 900°F. It’s probably better for the stone to heat up slowly, so I’m OK with that.

High quality and convenient to use

Takes around 45minutes to get up to temperature, but once there it'll recover heat extremely quickly when baking multiple pizzas successively. I really like the thick refractory stone that works great up to 900F without cooking the base too quickly, but also stores a lot of thermal energy. Haven't tried reverse searing or making yakitori in the oven yet, but given the generous vertical clearance I'm expecting it to work great once I get around to experimenting

    Love it

We just built a new house and struggled with Oven options. We are glad we landed on The Pulse. I works flawlessly and cranks out pizza's all day long.
