Born for Neapolitan pizza in collaboration with the best Master pizzaiolos, this oven turned out to be excellent to cook any kind of pizza.

Certified by the Verace Pizza Napoletana Association- AVPN for both wood and gas combustion, Napulè guarantees high cooking performances, even during services with extremely high productions.

Its stone's quality made Marana ovens famous all over the world. This high-efficiency material contains the Vesuvius lava stone.

Marana stone weighs 5,260 lb/ft³, against 3,900 of normal refractory material, with characteristics of mechanical strength and wear resistance three times higher than porphyry. It is a high-density refractory stone, which gives perfect heat-retaining, transfer, and recovery performances. Long-life guaranteed.

The Napulè is also available with the micro-perforated cooking surface, which facilitates the expulsion of moisture from the pizza bottom and avoids the bitter taste of burned flour attached to the dough with the result to get fragrant and crunchy pizzas.
