MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
All Sunmix mixers are warranted for 12 months from the date of delivery.
Under this warranty, if a product is found to be defective, the company will repair or replace any and all parts necessary to restore the product to full functionality, provided that claims are filed within the 12-month warranty period.
The warranty does not cover improper use or normal wear and tear of parts.
Any damages to the product caused by misuse or improper maintenance are not covered by the warranty.
Any unauthorized modifications, repairs, or replacements of parts will void the warranty.
Dents, scratches, scuff marks, and paint damage under two (2) inches are considered normal wear and tear.
Any damages or defects caused by delivery or shipping must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

RETURN AND REFUND
NO return or refund is possible or allowed unless the product is delivered to you damaged or defective. Once Products have been delivered, they are not in any circumstances returnable without Pizza Goods agreement in writing. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it You have seven (7) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, if agreed by Pizza Goods. Your item must be in the original packaging and in perfect condition. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies. Please note that we will NOT refund:• A 4% credit card fee if you paid by credit card• Sales or state taxes• Shipping costs and/or any shipping related fees You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
